Beck 51-52

On December 6, the 51st Beck movie “Beck – Vilhelm” premieres exclusively on TV4 Play. The plot follows the character of Vilhelm Beck (Valter Skarsgård) more closely as he advances within the police group, but will he become part of the Beck Group or not? How will his choices going forward affect Martin Beck (Peter Haber)?

The film is about three young clock robbers who roam Stockholm’s finer neighborhoods in search of quick cash. But what appears to be a robbery ends in a brutal murder that resembles an execution. Vilhelm Beck’s patrol is first on the scene, and the Beck Group realizes the gravity of the situation. With the pressure on to stop the robbery gang quickly and avoid more victims, this becomes a race against the clock. The operation is led by newly appointed police chief Ebba Ståhl (played by Nina Zanjani).

It will be a dramatic ending for the main characters that will leave deep traces.

The roles include: Peter Haber, Valter Skarsgård, Jennie Silfverhjelm, Martin Wallström, Måns Nathanaelson, Anna Asp, Elmira Arikan and Nina Zanjani.

Beck – Vilhelm is produced by Francy Suntinger and Malini Ahlberg at Filmlance International, part of Banijay. The director is Per Hanefjord and the script is by Annika Sandahl.
